Is it better to do sessions in person or over the phone? Theta Healing works equally well done in person or over the phone. Phone sessions can have the advantage of allowing the client to be in their own comfortable space, and can be more convenient. Where does Theta Healing come from? Theta Healing began with the discovery of the key principles of the technique in the 1990s by an American woman called Vianna Stibal. Theta Healing has since been greatly refined and developed, and is taught and practiced all around the world. When will I feel the effects of the healing? Everyone’s experience with Theta Healing is different. Many people feel changes during the healing or right after the session, but it can sometimes take a few days for the changes to be integrated into your body or life. How many consultations will I need? Everyone's situation is different and their is no set amount of consultations needed for any particular issue. Many people have experienced miraculous instant healings, and sometimes a single consultation can be enough to completely resolve an issue. In other cases the process can be more gradual or subtle, but every session will result in real, significant progress. Is Theta Healing linked to a religion? No, Theta Healing is not linked to any religious or spiritual group, and you don’t need to have any spiritual beliefs to benefit from it. It does acknowledge the presence of a positive universal energy, but the nature or name of this energy does not need to be defined.
